solid stay, good value
great location happy hour drinks nice pillow menu clean hotel
The location worked well! it was close to shinjuku. the hotel offered free happy hour drinks from 6 to 7 pm. i found the pillow menu a nice touch. It gave good options. the hotel was clean, which i always appreciate.
The breakfast was okay, but it was not great. I think it could benefit from having more options for halal and vegetarian diets. also, it got quite crowded. There wasn't much room to move around.

The hotel offers free happy hour drinks between 6 and 7 pm. It is just before dinner. breakfast had a variety of foods. This included both japanese and european options. i think everyone can find something.

The hotel provides free coffee and tea. I was able to take it with me. they also provided skincare items at check-in. The staff thought of everything. onsen was also available to use.

friendly staff superb location many amenities tiny room small breakfast room eclectic food
the front desk staff was very friendly. they were also helpful. the location was superb. i really appreciated how many amenities this hotel has.
the rooms were tiny. it was hard for two adults with luggage . the breakfast room was tiny. i thought the food was very eclectic.

The staff was very helpful. They provided complimentary happy hour every day. It was a short walk to the railway station.
The bed was like old mattresses on top of each other. The bedsheets were just laid on top, not folded in any way. The room felt small.
